    To qualify for a return:

    Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

    All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.

    Please note:

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

    Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Custom and made-to-order gowns are bespoke creations and non-returnable.

    Condition of Returns:

    To maintain our commitment to quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, including deodorant marks, makeup stains, scents, or any other visible use. Returns found to be in unsatisfactory condition will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

    Return Process:

    Please securely package your items in their original packaging, including your order invoice or proof of purchase. Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit promptly for your future selections.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    Each Diloki piece undergoes rigorous quality control. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@diloki.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange subject to availability.

    Order Cancellation or Modification

    If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@diloki.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once your order has entered the sewing or production process, or has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
